We look after some of the most genuine and loyal customers we could ever wish for from all over the UK. The calibre of our clientele really is something we don’t shout enough about, but we are humble enough to know that without every one of you, our business would be nothing. Whilst we continue to grow, we will always give that personal touch, as we know that is what really matters for so many of you.

  • Harrison co-founded Dynasty with best friend Jake in November 2017. As co-founder, Harrison’s head is constantly on all things Dynasty. His experience in the motor industry and his passion for perfection continues to be a driving force within the team.

    Along with his partner JT, he truly believes relationships are the key to long term success and has a clear vision on where he wants to Dynasty to be. “Our long term vision is set and we are constantly hitting our goals on the way to being there, we already have a great name in the industry and are growing rapidly.”

  • Jake co-founded Dynasty using his market experience and love for cars. "It was clear from the formation there was a gap in the market, and we decided to take full advantage of that." Jake believes in nurturing and educating clients and dealers, resulting in our relationships being unparalleled.

    A real family man who is passionate about going the extra mile for clients. Jake has set huge goals for the company over the next 10 years and believes Dynasty will become a household name within the industry, constantly setting the bar and leaving heads scratching as to 'how we do it!'

  • Albi joined Dynasty in September 2020, helping to scale our buying business after experience within the retail sales environment. Albi is a laid back character but is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pricing a vehicle within the current marketplace.

    One thing we do know is he loves buying cars (and trainers) he has grown our buying department to now being an integral part of what we offer as a business.

  • With over 10 years of experience in the automotive world, this GT3 driving financial whizz can give you a tailored experience and explain how vehicle finance works.

    Having previously worked at some of the most prestigious vehicle brands in the world Will really knows his cars and can always be trusted to give you an honest opinion. "The best bit of the job for me is getting approval on finance for customers and saving them money, but I also really enjoy educating and breaking down the finance jargon consumers often face when in the retail environment."

  • Fawn joined Dynasty in 2021 as Head of Sales, having 10 year’s experience in the motor industry; working for Vauxhall, Audi and most recently as a business manager at Land Rover. Her knowledge, experience and friendliness made her the ideal person to join Dynasty.

    Known for being extremely organised, you will never catch Fawn without her trusty notebook and list of things to do. If you’re looking for a specific vehicle there is nothing she enjoys more than finding the impossible! If it is available somewhere, Fawn will find it! Regularly people get her name wrong, so just remember it’s Fawn…not…Dawn.

  • Steve, our most recent addition to the buying team brings with him over two decades of valuable experience in the automotive industry. His extensive background includes roles within prominent brands and the remarketing sector, making him exceptionally qualified to provide precise vehicle valuations.

    Steve thrives on engaging with clients over the phone, adeptly discussing vehicle specifications and ensuring optimal returns for every car.

    Beyond his professional expertise, Steve has a passion for globetrotting and takes pride in maintaining the most well-kept garden in Leicester.

  • Amy, a new addition into the team and Automotive sector – although, she is driven by a huge passion for cars stretching over her childhood. She has moved from a background in Cyber Security to join our team.

    “Cars have always been a huge passion in my life, I have lots of memories growing up around cars.”

    Amy prides herself on being organised and having clear communication. With a career background in Cyber Security, GDPR and security is always something she is always keeping this in mind.

    “I love the power of a good social media post, and how much impact it can make for the business”

    Amy is a huge dog lover (Springer Spaniel owner with a dog Instagram page) and a new working Mom embracing the hybrid work model, which is a massive benefit of being part of the Dynasty team.

  • Chris has been in the motor industry for over 22 years - spanning both across the fleet and the retail environment. He is able to give straightforward guidance and transparency which is why he excels in what he does.

    Outside of the office he enjoys watching Football, attempting to play Fifa, and “loves a good Holiday!” He also loves spending quality time with his family.

  • Dean is the a very experienced driver having worked in the vehicle transport industry for many years.

    Capable of appraising vehicles as well as driving them safely he is the man on the ground that we always needed.

    Attention to detail is key his day to day tasks and the whole team know you can always rely on him (traffic pending) to do the job every time!

  • Hannah joins us as Finance Assistant within the Dynasty Finance team, she will be dedicated to ensuring the car finance journey is clear, straightforward, and stress-free for every customer.

    With a strong background in banking and the corporate world, Hannah brings a wealth of experience and a customer-first approach to our team. She prides herself on delivering outstanding service and is passionate about making clients feel supported every step of the way.

  • Ash joins team Dynasty as our Digital Marketing Lead and will be heading up all things digital, with a focus on creating a seamless and engaging presence across our social media platforms.

    With a strong background in marketing and a genuine passion for cars and all things automotive, Ash brings a mix of creativity, strategy, and enthusiasm to the role. Outside of work, he has a young family and enjoys spending any free time making memories with them - whether that’s getting out and about or simply enjoying some time together.
